Hello, 

We have added many panel customizations including additional tabs, buttons with scripts, etc that are important for many of our users. 

I was just resizing a field in customizer, and when I went to exit the customizer an error popped up saying something along the lines of '...file in use by another user' and crashed. When I went back into sales order entry, we only had the standard panels with none of our additions. 

When I'm at the Customizer Panel Selection screen, there are entries in the 'Modify an Already Customized Panel' like we had before, but once I open them up they are all the same. Has anyone had anything like this happen, or have any idea how we may be able to recover these customizations?
