How do you manager your Sales Orders when you have a remote admin team?

We just hired a remote team member to process orders that drop ship either entirely or partially or are fulfilled electronically.    Our current work flow revolves around paper and that doesn't work any more.

Have you built or found an Order Manager 'dashboard' for Sage 100?   BIE is close, but I don't think it can get us all the way there.  Writing out to Access might work.  

Anyone been down this road before we recreate the wheel?
