I was wondering if anybody knew how to to find out who took an invoice off hold.

Open the invoice in the inquiry screen, then right click / System Info. The pop-up should show who last updated the record (which might be who took it off hold... but not necessarily).
Thanks Kevin! yeah I did that and wasn't successful. Wondering if it's available in some sort of Enhancement Purchase for Check Auditing or something.
A script could probably record that, but you'd need to know how to write the script.

Sage Alerts should be an option. Basically, you can set up alerts to monitor field changes, email reports, etc.
