Auto Generate from Sales Order Filter

Where do I go or can I add fields to the "Select Field" options that filter out what sales orders you want to group on one PO?  I am assuming the fields in there are by default but it seems like there would be a way to add other fields, we have some UDF's that would help us filter the orders more precisely.

    The only way to add fields to the Select grid is to have a UDF in the correct table (...or through a Master Developer enhancement).

    For example, if your UDF's are in the SO Header, but a grid uses fields from SO Detail, you'd have to add your UDF to the Detail table (with scripts to ensure the values match the Header UDF). 

    I'm not sure what the correct table is for that screen though... this is just a general explanation of how Selection grids work.  On recent versions there is a checkbox to filter fields from Selection grids, which you can also look into if you think a UDF should be in a specific grid.

    thanks that helped out a little but ran into the problem the field I wanted was actually just a value in an ODBC connection worksheet.  Can't filter out fields that are not in SAGE!
