Call Sage support and they can help you with that.  (You email them a file, they edit the password and email it back).

Thanks Kevin.  I am not familiar with 90-Minds membership.  I will google it and find out how to become a member.  Do you by any chance know what credential I can user to turn down the UAC on a Sage provisioned VM that belongs to the following domain?

(I haven't played with the new Provisioning Portal yet, but understand you should be able to get into a full remote desktop session to work with Windows server as you normally would).

yes.  I can RD to it however when I attempt to turndown the UAC, it forces me to sign in with a user name and password for the Domain that I don't think its active directory has me with the admin role.  I am not certain.  The domain name is: sagepmcloud.prod.na.sage.com

I thought I could add me as admin of the VM via my Azure account with Insight but I couldn't because it requires a higher level of paid service that allows configuring the  Windows Active Directory.  Not sure if this is even possible.

It's my understanding that the Sage Partner "owns" the provisioned Azure environment, so not being able to grant local admin access to remote desktop Sage ID logins doesn't make sense.  There has to be a way.
