Sage 100 Standard 2020: How do I import a bank statement to Sage 100?

Hi all, 
 I'm new to Sage 100 and trying to become more efficient at my job. I learned recently that it is possible to import a bank statement onto Sage 100 and automatically create invoice entries for them. After doing some preliminary research, there has been a lot of posts regarding the "Visual Integrator" module for my importing needs but we do not have this module. Other than that, there hasn't been much information about importing spreadsheets for this version. 
 Can anyone shed light if it is possible to import bank statements onto this version of Sage 100?

Typically at the Bank Statement stage your transactions (invoices, payments, receipts...) have already been entered in Sage, and only bank fees need to be entered (while reconciling your bank balance with what's cleared by the statement date). What kind of transactions are you trying to import? 
 Modern Sage has a new Bank Feeds feature to help with clearing transactions, which you might want to look into.
