When in Inventory Maint, you can start entering characters in the Item Code text box, as you type some matching items are listed under the text box.
After you enter 4 characters, the lookup list disappears even though exact match item codes are in the item master.

Here's the way our system works.
As you enter characters of an Item Code, matches are displayed. In our case, the benefit of the displayed list is the
dimensions. Sales People can pick the item with the dimensions they are after.
When you enter the 5th character, the matches disappear, even though an exact match exists.
When you press F2 a list is displayed with the exact item matching the string in the text box.
So the lookup has a bug, or there is a setting somewhere.
Am I missing something?
