If you have DSD multi-currency installed, check the Currency button in Division Maintenance.

We don't have multi-currency since there is no currency button in division maintenance

PO Receipt of Invoice would look at A/P Division maintenance, not A/R Division maintenance.  Check that one too.

Hello we did find the Cash account filed was empty in A/P so we entered an account than re ran but still errored out.... shoot I thought you had it

Check that the GL accounts listed in DM are active (not expired).

If inventory is involved the system looks at the Product line.  So if it was PO Receipt Of Invoice go check the Product Line accounts.

Big Louie that was it missing GL account for both PO variance and MFG added then worked... 

WHOA, you need to go back here and take that Cash Account back out.  If you have more than one Bank Code (and maybe not now, but if you switch banks in the future), AP will use that default Cash Account rather than the cash account setup in Bank Code Maintenance.  Always leave that field blank.
