My company has thousands of SKUs, and the Item IDs & descriptions are a bit of a mess. I'm trying to find a way to make searching for a particular product or product group more intuitive, instead of having to memorize some of the part IDs and using the "contains" function when searching part IDs. Do you have any suggestions on how to approach this problem? I'm imagining some kind of smart search function where you can just type in what you're looking for, e.g. "plastic" and it will pull up items with IDs/descriptions that match the tag of plastic.
