Automatically Print a Picking List or Packing List

Hi,

I am new to Sage 100 Advanced (2021) as of Oct. 2023. I'm beginning to grasp the structure of Sage and how to customize it for business needs as they arise. However, one need I haven't been able to figure out is if the "Packing List" and "Picking Sheet" can be printed automatically? 

To expound, a user opens [Sales Order] module → [Sales Order Entry] → chooses an [Order Number] → clicks [Print Pick...] button → "Picking Sheet Printing" pop-up window appears. When a user follows this work flow is it possible to have Sage 100 Advanced automatically print the "Picking Sheet" after clicking the [Print Pick...] button rather than the [Print] button within the "Picking Sheet Printing" window? 

For our use case, the settings on the "Picking Sheet Printing" window never change and the extra button click + wait time adds up for our warehouse. I'm also curious if this is possible with the "Packing List" located within the [Shipping Data Entry] menu? 

Would a .bat or PowerShell work if the functionality does not already exist within Sage 100? Any insights anyone has are most appreciated and welcome.
