Crystal Reports 2016 error in custom report after Sage 100 2021.6 update

First time in 12 years that the report I maintain is getting an error.

Failed to retrieve data from the database.

Details: s0000:[ProvideX][ODBC Driver][PVKIO]Data page header contains invalid record offset information. [Database Vendor Code: 109 ]

Any help is appreciated,

Richard Eiken

(Sage really should reinstate the download link).

IIRC the CheckDate utility is not version specific.

(As for the KB note about checking for bad dates in Premium... it is technically impossible to store a bad date in a SQL date / datetime field... SQL will not allow it.  IsDate() is used on text values for potential conversion to a date value, and SQL text values don't throw type errors during queries).

Did Rebuild Key Files on a backup copy and it worked, had to put check mark in integrity check, found and reported one bad formed record. I will restore and try the method you have documented for me. Needed something to do tonight. Thanks for the information, will return results soon...
