Have you tried to uncheck the Collated box.  This from the Help files:

Collated

Select this check box to print each copy of the form in proper binding order when printing multiple copies. Clear this check box if you do not want to collate the form. This check box is available only if the value entered in the Copies field is greater than 1.

I would of been nice if we could print 1 copy but we definitely do not want to print another copy of each form.

Stop using Multi-Part and re-design the form to print two pages for each order.  This is really tricky to do (requiring a high level of Crystal Reports design skills), but should be possible.

EWW, headache even thinking about that after getting the multi-part how we want, I'll put it on a project list!

Can you explain how Form 1 is different from Form 2.  And are you using the Multi-Part printing option when printing?

Form 1 is a internal "use" form, has internal instructions (what to do with items) and all the pricing (for accounting).  It has some calculated UDF fields to show how much of a line is in inventory and how many items were received for that line, with the corresponding po printed on form1.

Form 2 is a basic "packing slip", no pricing, has some important udf's and header fields.  Also, not using as many quantity fields as Form 1.

Oh I understand now, you will need someone with Kevin M level skills to design one report that contains both. Not going to be easy, might not be possible. 

Used a linked table within the crystal report to get basic data duplicated and just used same logic as using multipart to suppress the different form
