Thanks for reaching out. I suspect that you are using Sage 100 2019 as the version number 6.10.4.0 matches this, so you are in the right product forum.

Thank you, now all I need is an answer to my question. :-)   How to create consolidated financials inside Sage. 

Sage 100 does not support a consolidated financial report across companies, natively, without using a product like Sage Intelligence. 

Okay, now we are getting somewhere. I have Sage Intelligence; it has two options when I choose it. I can either click on Report Viewer or Report Manager. When I click on either, a box opens asking for the location of the final file. I choose the location and then nothing else happens. What am I missing?

I would suggest that you reach out to your reseller (and/or SageU) for assistance in this.  There are several steps ahead of you that are not easy to answer.  You've encountered the first.  It requires a UNC path to folder location.  Did you access the license manager first to create the folder location and to register your product?  If not, you need to do that.  Then you can click on report manager.  After that you can start creating.  But before that, you have to copy the templates.

SI is powerful but you need training.  My clients are introduced to SI with two training sessions a week or so apart.  The first covers the basics.  They are given homework to familiarize themselves with SI and then a week or so later, we review their progress and introduce new aspects of the product.  Since it is Excel based, it is easy to progress ONCE you have learned the basics!
