Is Avalara still the only sales tax provider for Sage 100? 

We have been a loyal customer almost since they started, but the last few month end closes, we are not able to run reports at the beginning of the month.  I suspect they are either diverting bandwidth to the 'big boys' or cheaping out on bandwidth overall.  It should not take 25 minutes to create a three-line report, and another 20 to download.  And that is just one of 35 reports I need to run off Avalara for month end.  Anyone have any thoughts?  Yes, I did put in a support ticket with them.
