Has anybody encountered with success a tool for robust motivational commission calculations.  The standard Sage 100 is quite inadequate.  We have identified a  solution called QCommission who claim to be Sage compatible but not validated.  We need a tool to link commission rates to distinguish among parameters that we set.  EG differentiate between new customers and retention of incumbent customers. Or link the commission rate to increase as the GP % margin increases.  May other proactive ways of rewarding desired outcomes.  This is beyond Sage capability so we are looking for referral to third parties.  Aside from QCommission we have identified Acute Data.  Anybody out there who can recommend a solution for us?
