What kind of document? MSWord, .pdf, .jpg, .bmp, text?

How about the group footer (assuming you group on SO number)?

No, the group footer still uses the page footer to control the printable area.

I was able to add our terms and conditions to the sales order form so every time a quote was printed it included our terms and conditions. I did this by adding it to the Report Footer.

I tried that also the document I am trying to include is 2 full pages (print area is complete full on an 8 1/2 X11 sheet). This document has a header and a footer in MSword.  

Ours is 4 pages and it comes out as 4 pages no problem.

Did you copy pages in or use the OLE insert option? If you used the OLE what type of document did you use?

I first created a Text box and inserted it into the Report Footer I then opened the Word Doc and copied everything and then pasted it into the Text box.

I just did that and the page headers and page footers appear before the test prints. What needs to happen is the page headers and page footers need to not print when we print a report header or report footer. I do not know how to prevent this.
