Your reseller should be the one to do this.  They are normally the ones closest to you and have the most knowledge of your needs.

That is the problem, we are not happy with the work they are doing in this area.  Forms look terrible and it seems like they are learning on the fly.

Can anyone suggest a company that can do this for us?
