What version? with framework modules the reports are their name.

It looks like he is looking at payroll reports which is the old framework and does not have descriptive file names.

Thanks, guys.  That was helpful.  I am using v 5.0 and yes, mainly was interested in payroll.  For now, I was able to track down the file I needed.  However, I may want to change some "canned" reports in the future.  The number of reports I see in the report folder for payroll and the number of reports I see in Mas 100 under payroll do not match up.  There are quite a few more reports in Mas 100 than I see report files on the network.  

So, if someone has a quick reference guide for my future reference, that would be helpful to me in quickly finding the right file to change on a "canned/system" report.  Thanks!

The only reports in Payroll that you can change are the ones listed under Custom Reports.  To find the file names, open them from Report Manager and then do File>Save As in Crystal.  

All reports on the Reports menu in the old framework modules (Payroll, Job Cost, Work Order) are not Crystal reports and cannot be edited.
