If you only want Type 1 in the parameter why make it a parameter at all. Just make it a record selection criteria.

I think he/she wants to make it so only Type 1 records show up in the parameter selection window rather than all records in CI_Item.  Is that correct?

I just used Export and import function, it works great.

You are 100% correct, I found using the Export and import feature I was able to get the necessary data.  Without having to get to tweaky in crystal parameters.

I thought about that as well, the maintenance of this will be a issue if a product is completely removed.  Currently we do not remove item, we just make them inactive.

And if we add a new Item to MAS I will have to add the data to the Custom field in MAS.
