Serial Numbers with Zero Quantities on Physical Count Work Sheet

Serial Numbers that show Zero Quantities in stock showing up on my Physical Count Worksheet. Why are these showing up, as they have already been sold and moved out of stock?How do I get those off of the worksheet?

They show up because they are in the Item Costing File. A good rule is to go into Inventory, Utilities, Remove Zero Quantity Costing Tiers before starting physical count. This will remove them and prevent what you are seeing.
