We continue to run into the issue where we have users access purchase order printing.  Click select without any parameters (Paperless Office Output is set to Electronically Deliver) and then click Print.  We end up with around 25 emails being sent before the users realizes what is happening and clicks cancel.

My original thought was to restrict Purchase Order Printing from pretty much everyone and make them use Quick Print.  If you restrict access to Purchase Order Printing, they can't use Quick Print either.

Can I add a message box if the user clicks print with more than X number of records on Purchase Order Printing and Paperless Office Output set to Electronically Deliver? They would then have to confirm that they want to continue.  -- Would I add a button over top the current print button or handle it some other way?

More than open to other ideas!
