Good Morning,

I'm using KnowledgeSync Alerts and Workflows (http://www.vineyardsoft.com/) to query data in Sage and create scheduled alert emails.  I'm attempting to create an alert that displays all of the users logged on at 9:00 PM so that I can talk to those users about leaving their stations on over night.  When I am in the Master Console it shows the users in the launcher accurately, but the query shows a ton of users who are not actually logged into the launcher.  

Has anyone else had this issue?
