VI import into Payroll Data entry calculates Amount field with 3 decimal places. How do I format the field to 2 decimal places?

How can I format the "Amount" field to only two decimals? This field imports with three decimals which causes my Daily Transaction Register to post out of balance.

We are on Sage 100 2016.

Is your source journal formatted to more than 2 decimals? If so, try changing the source format.

You need to use a Precision function in your Amount calculation:
PRC({PR.DATAENT:RATE}*{PR.DATAENT:HOURS_RECPT_AMT},2)
