Are new Activation Keys and Unlocking Keys required when upgrading from Sage100ADVERP Version 4.5 to 2016?

When going to the partner support portal and looking at company information it only shows Activation Keys and Unlocking Keys for version 4.5.

Where do I obtain new activation and unlocking keys if needed?
