You need to install Crystal Reports 2011. Do not use any other version of Crystal Reports with your Sage 100 2016 reports. Click the Sage 100 2016 autorun program. You'll find the Crystal Reports installation under Productivity Tools.

Are you referring to installing it on the server or or on the workstations that access it?

The only autorun I have is in the wksetup folder...and there's no Productivity Tools option there...

You need to install Crystal Reports on the workstation that you will be using Crystal Reports to modify / create reports. Some users install it on the server and one workstation. The autorun is included in the software that was downloaded from Sage's support website. If your reseller installed your 2016 upgrade, they should know where the 2016 software in located on your server.

I have installed the Crystal Reports from the autorun on both the server and the workstation. I'm still not seeing an option for
Report Designer. "The Report Designer component is required by this report and is not installed on this workstation" I also don't have License Manager anywhere to be seen! Thanks for your help!

I think you're looking for Sage Intelligence, not Crystal Reports?

SI is not a separate program anymore.  It is part of the Sage 100 menus:
