Check the version information of crdb_odbc.dll  (via properties tab)

Thanks John, this was helpful for me to find our Runtime version of Crystal before I was about to upgrade KS from v9 to v10.  Which KS states in their documentation than any runtime versions 13.0.21 and higher are NOT compatible.  

We are on Sage 100c Advanced v2019 with Crystal 2016.  Strange how Sage's SPM states ALL versions of KS are compatible, when based in this latest information, it clearly is not.

This saved me time trying to find the version, but even more, installing v10 of KS and causing issues with my Sage 100 and Crystal.
