Fed Ex Data Integration - for Return labels when using RMA

During our RMA process we like to have FED produce a FED EX return label and email it to the customer.  I have the data integration established with FEDEX Ship manager software and i am able to create the Shipping / Return label from Shipmanager.

I would like to export the Track Number back into the MAS200 Custom filed I have created in the RMA Header, I not sure exactly what I need to do but am about to start to test using and export function in Shp Manager.

If you have aleady developed a process in MAS200 to generate and track the RMA return label from FED EX, please send me information?

This would be a lot easier if you were on a current version and not MAS200 which I suspect means something like 4.20. With scripting and a current version you could do it easily. In this case you would need a process to export the data from FedEx Shipmanager into a text file and then a button script to read the file and write it into the field. In the RMA you would click the button to pull the data.

Great idea, I am working on exactly that. I am able to export data to Fed EX Ship Manager and produce the Label. I'm not as effecient in doing the script and adding a button, but would love to get some direction on how I can do this?
By the way I am working in 5.1.5.
And will be upgrading to MAS200 2016 soon..

I thought I was the only one still calling it MAS90/MAS200. Did you know that you can link your MAS install with FedEx ShipManager so all you have to so is enter in the Sales Order Number or Invoice number and have it pull all data into ShipManager. And since you are on Sage 100 2015 I am guessing you can actually write a script to read the FedEx database and pull the information over. You would probably have to work with a FedEx tech who knows their table structure.

Yes, I have already got the ODBC link setup and ShipManager is pulling data from MAS. Need some help with the script part?
