I assume you mean you want to edit the printed report.

Use Crystal Reports to edit the file GL_DailyTransactionRegister.rpt in your MAS90\Reports directory. Make sure you have a backup of the original before editing it. You may lose your edits during an upgrade, so save a backup of your modified version as well.

Thanks ! Yes, I want to edit the printed report. There're two companies in MAS, one is MAS-AAA, the Daily Register report is correct; the other is MAS-BBB, I want to modify this one as AAA company's. But I'm unable to find GL_DailyTransactionRegister.rpt on either MAS90\MAS-AAA\Reports\ or MAS90\MAS-BBB\Reports directory. I only find the crystal report file on MAS90\Reports directory, but even I modified the document, there's no change for printed report.

What are you trying to change?

There is just the one report in MAS90\Reports and it is used by all companies.

I don't know why your modifications aren't showing up, unless perhaps we've mis-communicated and are discussing different reports.

If your difference is that the user logon doesn't print for one company code, that is a checkbox in Company Maintenance, not a customized report.
