Thanks Kevin.   That was enough to help me find what I was looking for.   Eliminate Citrix from the search and put in remote app and I found it.

We are going to try the bat file with the launch parameters in place of launching the app.  But we haven't tried it yet.  Let me know, Tom!

I don't have the specific situation in play.  I'm just advising to avoid Windows Server 2016 for the moment.
