They have upgraded from 2014 to 2017 Std.  Prior to the upgrade, they could change the paper size to 11x8.5 during Invoice Printing and it would save that paper size the rest of the day.  Now, once they print, it goes back to Letter size everytime.  They use a dot matrix printer for invoices.  I tested the Installed Modules Listing report and change the settings for a laser printer and it acted the same.  It did not save the settings.  I've tried changing the setting on the printer.  The crystal form has the right settings.  I changed the size in DFDM, but it will write back to that file and change the paper size after printing.  Logged into the computer as an administrator and had the same results.
