Users log into Sage 100 2016; screen comes up and immediately shuts down; no one can keep Sage running (all users)

Each user pulls up the login screen and gives user name and password.

Opening Screen comes up

Screen closes and program closes

This is the same for all users

Sage 100 Desktop Launcher opens after logging in, then closes immediately with no error
