Convert to SAGE 100 2017

I get the following error when converting the data:

The following conversion record failed while converting 314:

05.00.00.00:DATA:CI_SageExchange:000000:000 - Error #12: File does not exist (or already exists)

View the Activity Log to locate a specific conversion log.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Are you saying you are converting from version 3.14? Yikes! Do you process credit cards? SageExchange is the credit card sales submission/settlement program. It used to be something else, before they put all the credit card data in their PCI Compliant vault. I don't know if they implemented that in 3.xx versions or not. You might want to review the conversion documents carefully in relation to the credit card data.

Assuming you are really converting from back in the 3.x days you need to convert to 3.71 (maybe 3.61? it has been a long time) first before jumping forward.
