MS SQL 2016 SP2

We are currently running Sage100c Premium v5.40.2 with MS SQL 2014. We would like to upgrade to MS SQL 2016 SP2. Will this present any issues or should we be okay?

SQL Server 2016 is listed on the SPM (Supported Platform Matrix) for Sage 100 Premium 2017 (5.40). It doesn't mention a Service Pack level but I would think you should be okay.
