New to the community. I was hoping someone could help me with an issue I am having with our sage 100 system. In the picture below, we are having trouble whenever we are trying to push the item 4101 through shipping data entry. It says that "the quantity packed does not match the quantity shipped for the following items: 4101 Quantity shipped = 0 Quantity packed = 48.
The only way we've found to get it to work is to either delete the line or backorder then add in during the invoice data entry. Anyone have any idea why this is could be happening?
