Migrate Sage 100c 2017 from web hosted environment to local in house network

Have a client that is running Sage 100c 2017 on a web hosted environment that wants to move it to his local in house network.

Are there any tips or tricks I should be aware of?

Copy the \MAS90 down locally (including any paperless files) and migrate to the new Sage 100c. More work may be needed if you have third-party enhancements.

So pretty much like moving from one physical server to another.

What about the user licensing?

Can I use the same Reg codes?
