I have a client who is need of some help. She had Geek Squad repair her computer and now her MAS90 has errors, a lot of Error 2 - is full. They occur in GL, AP, and PR modules in several companies when opening maintenance or inquiry windows. This is a Windows-based, stand-alone system. Believe it or not she is still on ver 3.71. So this goes way back.
Initially, I thought some files were just too large and some old data needed to be purged. In reality files actually look too small. All the proper company folders are in the MAS90 folder and it does seem like it was moved or copied over on the hard drive. After hearing her Geek Squad story, I am not sure what they did.
There are no back ups and she is looking for the install discs, but not sure what is the major problem.
