Hello, 

We are having an issue with the AR trial balance report. If we run this report without specifying a customer, and leave the Customer Number field set to All, the report runs fine.

However, we have a specific customer we want to run this report for, but after changing the Customer Number in the selection criteria to their customer number, the window "Processing Work File Records" pops up and the loading bar does not move (below).  We are unable to get past the below window and are forced to kill the process. Any help in this manner would be greatly appreciated.

We use Sage 100 Premium 2018.
