I usually create a custom report, scheduled using a 3rd party tool like Visual Cut or Sage Alerts.

I make it a rule to never use the word "easy" or "simple" b/c the moment I do things instantly become complex :-) Sage Task Scheduler support reports but not forms like Statements. This thread shows how statements can be emailed via BOI. It would require some setup in Customer Maintenance > Paperless first. Once you test it for a small range of (internal) customers, potentially you can place the BOI script or app directly in the Windows Task Scheduler and schedule that - https://bit.ly/2V9XFDh
