I have been asked to assist on a system restore after a ransomware attack encrypted most everything. Small office. Luckily there was a full backup the day before. Everything has been restored and v2019 with PU 1 was installed. Data was migrated over there but there were two (2) issues. The companies did not show up in Company Maintenance but the data folders where there. They re-created the company codes and converted the data and everything was good. However on Paperless Office there is nothing showing in the Journal and Register Viewer.  This is where I come in. They have asked me to assist in getting the viewer to populate with the PDFs.  The PDFs are in the destination folder but they do not appear in the viewer.  I was thinking of copying over the contents of the PL folder but I was wondering if there are any other system files that control the viewing of the Paperless Office PDFs.  Does anyone know, have suggestions.
