Convert Module Data Files 6.00 to 6.00.01 hanging on AR_InvoiceHistoryDetail

Good Morning,

I started doing a test upgrade (2018.0 to 2018.7) on Monday afternoon (Sage cloud 2018 Premium).  I did not experience any issues during the installation. However, I am still going through the data conversion from 6.00 to 6.00.01 since Monday afternoon & the screen has been hanging on "Processing AR_InvoiceHistoryDetail" for at least 24 hours.  We do have quite a bit of history in our environment (7,189,473 rows), but I would not imagine it taking this long to convert.

What are my options at this point?
