For Security needs I am required to update the installed "MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parse and SDK" I have searched and do not see any installation/product requirements for this.
However I was able to find someone else mentioning this in an older version.

Can I remove MXSML?
What is the minimum required version?

According to "Here, MS LINK" there is now a 6.0 SP3
