I created a copy of our production company (DUS) into another company called (BKP). Now, I want to copy the BKP company data back to the DUS company data, effectively restoring from the backup I made. When attempting to go into Company Maintenance and copy the BKP company to the DUS company however, I am running into an issue where i am getting an error that "All users must exit DUS, before performing this function". See error attached below.
To try to resolve the error, I have tried stopping the Sage Integration engine that supports CRM and I stopped the Sage Fixed Assets service, I closed all open files in the MAS90 directory on the server, I even rebooted the Sage server. But, I am still getting this error. Am I missing something that could be running that could be causing this issue to occur?
I do not get this error when I copy from the BKP company to any other company, just when I try to copy it to the DUS production company.
Is it not possible to copy over the production company from another company using this method? Do I have to restore from a backup of the MAS90 directory? I would like to restore from the BKP company to the DUS company because the data is much newer. If I have to restore from a backup of the MAS90 directory, I lose a day of production data. If i can copy from BKP, I don't lose any production data.
Thanks, Tammy
