Has anyone experienced slow performance In Sage 2019 Premium running on MS Server 2019?

SUGGESTED

When I open sales order entry it may take up to 20 seconds to open the module. I don't know what's causing the system to run slow. My environment has two MS Server 2019 instances in VMware one for SQL the other for the sage application. I don't see any performance in the VM guests or the host. I have checked the usual sage issues such as making sure the printers are online and such; escape trapping; user load. It's not just SOE all modules take much time to load when compared to Sage 2016 Advanced.

For those who may have experience running vmware it's on esxi 6.5 and I don't see any issues within vsphere. Other servers running in the vsphere cluster are running without issues.

We found that our 20s delay in opening the launcher was due to the presence of the SOTAMAS90 DSN, which once removed from each workstation fixed the problem.  Our 20s delay in opening Invoice History Inquiry was fixed by running the utility to find broken links and fixing them.  I think our culprits were Memo Attachments for what it's worth.  I would focus on issues dealing with missing resources.  It seems like the software will look for them for about 20s before giving up and moving on.

Another problem we had was a report with a subreport in a location that no longer existed.
