Don't see why not, I have seen this done many times. So many caveats, though, as the naming convention shouldn't be the same as any Sage 100 DB; the usual disclaimer regarding resources and performance; your results may vary; etc. That all being said, isn't there an SQL Server version that Sage sells with a Premium system if you don't have one of your own? I've never used that so that might be a deal breaker - you should probably check with Sage if that is the case.
