Sales Order > Explore> Sales Order View

I have 2 users with the same permissions but one gets data and the other gets nothing back when opening the Sales Order View screen.  Is there some permission or setting I am forgetting about that turns on the Explore screens in the SO Module?

    This bug usually appears when a prior version of sage 100 workstation was installed and pointed to a different path than the new version AND when the user launched the new version for the first time (this applies to a brand new workstation install as well) and when prompted to pick a desktop, they selected the "Standard" launcher without ever having ran the "Classic" launcher on the new version. There is some registry entry that only the "Classic" version updates when ran. So the solution is to have the user who's view is not working follow these steps.

    1. Use the User Settings menu task to switch to the "Classic" desktop.
    2. Have them close down sage 100 completely.
    3. Launch Sage 100 again, wouldn't hurt to run it as admin this time by the way.
    4. Launch a BIE view.
    5. Verify data is displayed.
    6. Close the BIE view.
    7. Use the User Settings menu task to switch to back to the "Standard" desktop.
    8. Have them close down sage 100 completely.
    9. Launch Sage 100 again.
    10. Launch a BIE view.
    11. Verify data is displayed.
