This is on my workstation, and I basically get the same thing on v2016, 2017 and 2018. (2016 and 2017 needed the config file from KB 86964 to actually produce the report results).
Is anyone else seeing this (error, but the output is produced anyways)? Print and Paperless produce no error... this just happens with Preview.
Any chance you have old/conflicting crystal report components/runtimes on your workstation?
Do you remember installing anything after installing sage 100 2019 that may have slipped some older crystal report…
On a hunch I ran the Sage 100 2019 install / repair and reapplied PU2 (with a reboot in the middle) and the error is gone.

This is a new workstation (from mid-November) and it didn't have the problem initially... started within the past few weeks. I installed the CR patch from the KB yesterday, and that didn't help. All the software I've installed on this machine are programs I've used before with no issues / conflicts.
The errors are not logged in Sage Activity Log, Windows Event Viewer, nor anywhere else I've tried looking, so I can't nail down a specific start date.
I was hoping others were seeing the same thing, so I could blame something like a Windows Update, but that does not seem to be the case.
The curious thing is that the CR engine is fine for printing / Paperless, but gives the error for Preview... I don't know how that could be different in a significant way.
