we have Scanco Multi-bin and a couple of shipping computers that use a script to sign in and get inofrmation.  

With ScanCo as a part of the project, I would not necessarily consider this high.  If the script is ODBC that is not a big deal, but if it is actually custom programming that is more complex.  There are additional services (beyond the upgrade processing on the server and workstation installs) that might be offered by your reseller too.

Also, there are more considerations than what you list.  (Eg. a tightly secured network adds a lot more effort just to do a basic upgrade... whether they will be coming on site...).

Oh, and if you are coming from a really old version (4.3...) I'd say the number is low.

we are on 5.4.  they are not coming on site. our network has never been a problem for them in the past.
