Update Order Class Picklsit under Purchase Order

Question

Hello, i am now the default the admin for Sage for my company (I am a Salesforce Analyst by Profession), and I am just learning Sage Admin as issues or requests come up. I am not sure if this is the right group to ask, but overall in Sage if I want to update picklist values, metada, where do I go? Right now I want to update the Order Class picklist for one of the entities.

Some fields in your image are not part of regular Sage 100, so you'll want to learn Custom Office for sure. 
 If you have enhancements installed (check the installed module listing for anything not from Sage) you won't learn about those in Sage U, and you'd have to reach out to the developer of the enhancement to learn more.
