This error also happens in Item Inquiry.

Sage 100 2020 Advanced
It was an upgrade from 2018. The client had Avatax installed on the 2018 version. I believe this caused the error. Everything seems ok now.
I fixed the problem by replacing the SY_Popup file with a clean copy from 2020.
Have any 3rd party solutions?
