MAS200 Version 4.40 Export to Excel in Vendor Inquiry (and others) grayed out or unavailable

SOLVED

We are running an old version of MAS200, version 4.40.  I had to upgrade my laptop due to it's untimely death.  I am currently on Windows 10, Office 2019 (32-bit).  For some reason, the Export to Excel button that was available on my old laptop is "grayed out/unavailable" on this new laptop.  I am able to run Crystal Reports and select the Preview and Envelope for exporting to Excel, but I can't export within something like Vendor Inquiry.  I am not the IT person, so I hope I have provided enough information for someone to help with this.  If you need more information, please let me know and I'll check with my IT person to get more information.  TIA!!!

From BShockley's response above, "Possible Resolution 2" is what worked for us.  We copied the registry information (which is what is showing below) from the "old" laptop to the "new" laptop and the Excel button is back.  Thank you BShockley!!!

    Possible Resolution 2:

    • Verify the following registry entry is present on the computer: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{00020810-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} with the data of (without the quotes): "Microsoft Excel 95 Worksheet". If this is missing then copy it from another workstation
      • Note: In at least two cases where the key did exist, editing the "Microsoft Excel 95 Worksheet" by typing over the existing text, then saving, resolved the issue.
      • Note: This is a dated resolution. It may not work, or the key may be different due to newer versions of Microsoft Office/Excel.
